Heating up instructions X-MAS Menu 2020

Parsnip Soup with Fresh Truffle & Hazelnut
Warm up the soup in a saucepan over a moderate heat. The soup doesn’t need to boil.
Microwave (900Watt): transfer the soup to a larger bowl and warm for 2,5 minutes per portion. Stir half way through.

Venison Ossobuco
Pierce a few holes in the plastic foiled container.
Oven (pre-heated at 180 C): 25 minutes
Microwave (900Watt): 2,5 minutes per portion                                                                                                 

Pheasant Stew
Pierce a few holes in the plastic foiled container.
Oven (pre-heated at 180 C): 25 minutes
Microwave (900Watt): 2,5 minutes per portion

Beetroot, Chestnut & Goats Cheese Tartlet
Take the Tartlet out of the round container and place on an oven-tray.
Oven (pre-heated at 180 C): 18 minutes

Side Dishes

Red Cabbage & Stewed Pears
Pierce a few holes in the plastic foiled container.
Oven (pre-heated at 180 C): 20 minutes
Microwave (900Watt): 2 minutes per portion

Vegetables (Sprouts, Carrots & Cauliflower Cheese)
Pierce a few holes in the plastic foiled container.
Oven (pre-heated at 180 C): 20 minutes
Microwave (900Watt): 2 minutes per portion

Fondant Potatoes
Remove the plastic.
Oven (pre-heated at 180 C): 18 minutes
Microwave (900Watt): 2,5 minutes per portion

Panettone Bread ‘n Butter Pudding
Oven (pre-heated at 180 C): 10 minutes covered with the foil, then 5 minutes uncovered
Serve with a jug of the cold custard.
